My Background

From the age of 4 I was studying Karate and Martial Arts, from the age of 5 I played football and until I went to university I was playing on numerous high performing teams and Academies. After studying university I spent 2 years training in the Royal Marines Reserves while starting to build my bootcamp and personal training business. I now own gym, residential boot camps, online academies and continue to grow rapidly.


Personally I am married and have 2 girls which really reiterated for me importance of being strong, healthy and having a positive relationship with food and exercise to be the best persona I can be professionally, and personally


How Does My Personal Training Work?

Step 1. Initial chat which has no strings attached where we just get to know each other, talk about goals, view the gym and discuss potential options.

Step 2. Consultation, we delve in to the depths of everything and leave no stone unturned so when our journey starts we know exactly what you want to achieve and know exactly how to get there.


Step 3. Meal planning session where I show you the nutrition plan you are going to follow and discuss. I will also show you how I created it, so you can take control and know how to do it yourself in the future if needs be.


Step 4. We do our 10/20 personal training sessions over a time period that is convenient and flexible with you. There is no time limit or pressure. During this journey we will keep doing check ins to make sure all targets and goals are being achieved. All our workouts are programmed and sent to you alongside other programs you are doing alone. You will also have access to my online academy.


Step 5. Toward to the end of the sessions we discuss what your plans are for the future, do you want to continue? Do you feel confident you have the tools you need to go at it alone. Remember I am always educating you.
